If this feels familiar, you’re not alone…

A care worker, a recent immigrant and an expat looking worried while studying for the Life in the UK test
So many dates and names to remember
I read the handbook but it doesn’t stick
What if I fail and pay £50 again?

Why is the Magna Carta important?

King John agreed to it in 1215. It limited the king’s power and showed that even the monarch is subject to the law. From the official handbook

Can you quiz me on it?

Of course! In which year did King John agree to the Magna Carta?
